David Vincent Gonzales
Through his art, Gonzales masterfully expresses his fascination with relative objects moving through time and space. This movement of related things unifies David’s diverse body of work and characterises his unique aesthetic. His artwork is not a static representation of a single moment; instead, David likens his pieces to living entities with a past, present, and future, ever moving and unfolding.
By the time he was 17, his artwork was displayed in The Smithsonian and simultaneously received the New Mexico Governor’s Award. David’s work was also on display in Washington, D.C., and in the Governor’s Mansion in Santa Fe, N.M. Gonzales has participated in national and international exhibits. He has created numerous artworks for various sporting and festival events like the USA Pro Challenge and the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. His works are collected by art enthusiasts throughout the world.
