Definitions
- Confidential Information means all information belonging to or relating to a party to this Agreement howsoever acquired, including without limitation trade secrets, Intellectual Property, know-how, business and financial data, policies, plans, data bases, client lists, reports, concepts not yet reduced to material form, and all other information obtained pursuant to this Agreement that is by its nature confidential.
- Copyright means any copyright protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
- Intellectual Property means all items of intellectual property including (but not limited to) trade marks (registered or unregistered), copyright, patents, designs, inventions, business processes or other like rights (and also includes any future rights).
- Moral Rights means moral rights as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), including but not limited to the right of integrity to authorship, the right of attribution of authorship of a copyright work, the right not to have authorship of a copyright work falsely attributed, and any other similar right capable of protection under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction in the Territory.
These terms and conditions of use constitute a legal agreement between you and Capsules Book produced by Crooks Creative Industries ("we" or "our").
Please read this agreement ("agreement") in its entirety before you continue to use this website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or part of the Terms of Use at any time.
Online Portfolio Listings
capsulesbook.com offers access to its directory of listings of creative professionals in photography, illustration, advertising, design. You are strictly prohibited from downloading the listing information and/or artwork featured.
The contact information of the creatives listed on capsulesbook.com is provided for genuine collaborate expressions interest.
Ownership of the Website
This website is owned and operated by Crooks Creative Industries. All of the content featured or displayed on this website, including, but not limited to, artists, representatives, advertising agencies, design studios, corporate art departments and support service listings, text, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations and software ("Content"), is owned by Capsules Book by Crooks Creative Industries, and/or its advertisers.

Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state and, where applicable, the Federal Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
