Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Anthony Neil Dart and I am a multi disciplinary designer and artist. My insatiable curiosity means I do many things - in graphic design I find solutions to complex problems, In art I create problems expressively to understand myself and the world which I inhabit

How would you describe your work?

Systematic and structured chaos wrapped in compelling, emotional and timeless modern aesthetics.

How do you go about creating your artwork? Do you prefer to work digitally or with traditional media?

Every which way between analog and digital.

What are you working on at the moment?

Shipping Microsoft products used by millions, developing ever expansive variable display typefaces and always pushing on improving my illustration and image making capability.

What's one resource every artist, illustrator or designer should know about?

Self worth.

What is the most valuable lesson you've learned during your time working in the creative industries?

Perseverance.

What is the hardest challenge you have faced in your career, and how did you overcome it?

Building beautiful products that enhance people’s lives to scale, across devices and platforms. With grit - relentless attention to detail and teamwork.

What are your professional goals for the next year?

I finally feel like I am in a good place in my career so I just want to keep progressing and always embrace an inclusive growth mindset.
