Ricardo G. Pastor
Ricardo G. Pastor is a Mexican designer based in Chilpancingo de los Bravo, Guerrero. His work specialises in vectorial illustration, 3D illustration, and character design. Currently, he’s the head of six generations of students studying Design and Animation at CESGRO, a private university at his hometown.
In addition to his teaching work, he participated in the ‘Barrios Indio’ campaign by Indio Beer, a brand that celebrates the culture and traditions of Mexican neighbourhoods. He has also worked on character design for Oriflame Mexico. Ricardo defines his style as colourful and appealing. His influences include video games, movies, TV shows from past decades, and Mexican folklore. He is also inspired by José Guadalupe Posada, Bill Pressing, Chuck Jones, Glen Muramaki, and more.
