Nea Saastamoinen
Nea has been influenced by a lot of things, like nature and people. She usually draws what makes her happy. She wants to prove others wrong, who said she’d never accomplish anything, especially her old art teacher.
Nea studied to be a graphic designer in Vantaa Varia vocational school and graduated 2016. Almost everyone on her mothers side are artistic. Her great grandfather made shoes by hand and her grandfather makes glass and wood works. Others are just quite talented at drawing. Although none of her relatives make their living by making art.
As I said earlier that she usually draws of what makes her happy, that’s because she usually is happy. But if she’s feeling sad or anxious you can definitely see it from
her work.
