Miroslava Zhavoronkova
Artist and illustrator Miroslava Zhavoronkova finds ethnic art and folktales an endless source of inspiration. She considers that they possess the heart and wisdom of ancient times and enrich their audience by helping them to understand the world as a whole.
“I believe that folktales have the power to unite people because they show both unique and similar sides of every nation.”
Miroslava uses Adobe Photoshop to create her illustrations. She majored in book illustration at the Stroganov Moscow State Academy of Arts and Industry and currently resides in Moscow.
