Max Erwin
Max Erwin is a freelance illustrator living and working in Portland, ME.
He combines a mix of anatomical realism, vintage comic aesthetics and oddball humour to create bold, vibrant illustrations that jump off the page. Max has worked with clients such as LiveNation, The Lonely Island, Waterfront Concerts and Nashbox on everything from limited edition concert posters to illustrating medical training apps. He is particularly interested in working on projects in the entertainment and sports industries as well as editorial and surface design.
He studied at Maine College of Art and graduated with a BFA in Illustration. When he isnβt in his studio, Max teaches illustration at his alma mater, MECA.
