Katie Borkin
Katie Borkin is a professional illustrator and animator from the United Kingdom.
Early in her artist journey, she was inspired by surrealists Dali and Magritte who informed her decision to look at the natural world for ideas and create images that explore the surreal and the fantastical.
Her career began in 2015 after graduating from Norwich University Of The Arts with a degree in Animation, a subject that combines her passions for art and film. Today, she produces a variety of work for her clients, including illustration, album art and music videos.
Katie has participated in several exhibitions curated by her local creative community. Her piece ‘Cocohuts’ featured in an exhibition which explored utopias - a theme she frequently represents in her art.
