Katherine Pearce
Katherine Pearce is a versatile artist who derives inspiration from a variety of sources found in contemporary culture and the world around her. This is reflected in her body of work which features a diverse range of illustrations on subjects such as music, fantasy, poems, literature, animals and more.
Her artwork is known for its intricacy and attention to detail. She works traditionally using mostly oil paints but has worked with different types of media including acrylics, inks, watercolour, graphite and digital painting.
Katherine Pearce studied for three years at the University West of England, Bristol and holds a BA Honours in Drawing and Applied Arts. Since finishing university, Pearce has exhibited some of her work and has won a public choice award at her local gallery in 2018. She currently resides in Hampshire, England, UK.
