Hussain Al-Khoudair
Graphic designer Hussain Al-Khoudair resides in Qatif, Saudi Arabia. He is the founder of Decodeica, a design studio working across graphic design, branding, interior design and motion graphics projects. His skill set mainly focusses on photo manipulation and logo design, though he is interested in visual art in all its forms, including traditional and digital work, photography, drawing, painting and videography.
Hussain is an autodidact who produces his work using digital applications including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Describing his aesthetic, he says, “I like to keep it detailed and simple at the same time.”
His inspirations include Mustafa Alqudaihi, Hussein Almadhari, Mohammad Badr, Yasser Radwan, Mustafa Al-Sandal, Hasan Al-Mubarak and Hani Al-Dar.
He has produced artwork for a range of clients, including Saudi Aramco. Notably, he has a select range of projects featured in the exhibition, ‘Saudi Aramco Safety Campaigns’.
