Eulaion
Jorge Eulalio Hernandez is a 3D artist and illustrator based in Mexico City. A proficient ZBrush and Photoshop artist, his work has been published in magazines, featured as cover art for musical projects and in VR apps. In addition to his creative practice, he has developed a career as a writer (essay and fiction) and also participates as a cultural ambassador on national TV and radio.
A self-proclaimed bookworm, he has studied art history and has a keen interest in behavioural sciences. “Most of my work deals with explorations of character. There’s a secret story I have to design for each image, a hidden biography that dictates the comedy or tragedy in my characters. I rarely do sketches: my first step is always writing a story, the rest is only a translation, almost entirely technical, to graphic art”.
