Dylan Quinn
Dylan Quinn is a Freelance illustrator from Dublin, Ireland. His main areas of interest include graphic art and concept art for animation and video games. With influences ranging from traditional painting to cartoons and urban graffiti art, he likes to work with a range of media and techniques.
Having been interested in art and drawing from a very early age, he decided to pursue a career in art while in school. He went on to study Fine Art Media in the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and eventually Illustration in Ballyfermot College.
As of late, Dylan works predominantly digitally, utilizing a tablet monitor software such as Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint and an affinity for computers to create the majority of his work. Some of his pieces start as tradtional ink and pencil drawings in a sketchbook before being taken to the computer to be finished digitally.
He has worked for a variety of different clients throughout his career so far, including work for video games, animation, childrenβs illustration, card games and commercial illustration.
When not working on projects for clients, he likes to create his own illustrations and sell his work at comic conventions and art fairs and hopes to branch out to conventions outside of Ireland in the near future.
