How Soon Will I Get My Book?
Our team are preparing your shipment now. This is our top priority and we will be in touch with your tracking number and courier details over the next week. Due to circumstances caused by the Coronavirus there may be delays outside of our control, but please be assured we are doing all we can to make sure your copy is despatched safely and quickly. Thank you in advance for your patience, itβs much appreciated!
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are currently being organised by our third-party shipping agency. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as it becomes available. We will also provide you with a link to your courier's online tracking service so that you can monitor the progress of the shipment.
Missed your delivery? No problem!
If you have missed your delivery, please contact your courier's local depot. You will need to provide your tracking number so that they can organise redelivery on a convenient date. As much as we would like to help, since the parcel is addressed to you, unfortunately, we can't do this on your behalf.
Important note:
If you have missed the delivery, it's important for you to contact the courier to arrange redelivery as soon as possible. The courier will store the package for a limited time at their warehouse, but if it remains unclaimed, it's their policy to destroy your order, and charge this cost to us. We can arrange for a replacement book to be sent to you. However, this will be at an additional cost for you.
How can I order more books?
A limited amount of books are available to buy, and 100% of profits from the sale of our books are donated to literacy charity, Book Aid International. You can find out more about their work here.

For orders of three or more books to the same postal address, please complete the details in the link below and we will provide you with a bespoke shipping quote.
Industry Distribution
As planned, due to seasonal office closures industry distribution will begin in January 2021. In locations impacted by Coronavirus we also offer industry clients the option to receive their copy at home.
