Averee Chaloupka
Averee Chaloupka is an independent artist from Center Point, Iowa. He attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Technologies.
Avereeβs interest in art stems from his youth, when he and his brother spent much of their childhood playing card and video games. The card graphics and concept art in instruction manuals inspired him to take up drawing. In 2013 his brother gifted him a drawing tablet, and he began studying the works of Albert Bierstadt and Noah Bradley, who remain major artistic influences for his work.
When he isnβt painting on his computer, Averee still enjoys playing games with his brother, worldbuilding, playing poker, and attending Oktoberfests around Iowa.
