Bob Zuba graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design. His early work in graphic design later merged painting and design into an illustration career.
As an illustrator, the evolution and development of his founding innovative technique he refers to as 'Zubism'. A conceptually driven creative practice, turning solid colour into realism with the use of texture and embedded design elements, easily transitions itself into clay sculpture. His approach is sophisticated, humorous and imaginative, allowing his unique characters to speak for themselves.
Bob's work has been commissioned by a vast range of creative agencies, publishing houses, newspapers, and magazines across the United States and internationally. He has received numerous prestigious awards from the NY Society of Illustrators, LA Society of Illustrators, The New York Art Directors Club and American Illustration. Bob currently lives in Pennsylvania near the majestic Pocono Mountains.
